Women’s Movement Meditation

We come together in women’s community to put our hearts and souls in motion, to dance for ourselves, each other and our world.

Now is the time! Leave your shoes at the door, as well as any self-judgements, self-criticisms and negative beliefs about your body – to experience your beauty, your strength and your vitality. We will generate an individual and collective dance that will help us all move back out in the world feeling more connected, present and balanced in the days ahead. Join us to explore dance as an avenue for learning about yourself and your relationships. Practice on the dance floor how you want to move through your life…with more love, joy and compassion for yourself and others around you. Be guided into expressing your dance, your way – slowing down, paying attention and following what awakens and inspires you, what connects you deeply with yourself, others and the world around you. Fall in love with your body…in movement and in rest, in sound and in silence, alone and together. Explore the transformative power of your own unique, beautiful dance as a vehicle for meditation, renewal, and self-expression.

Soul Dance

Join us for sacred time away from the busy-ness of your life to help you ground deeply in exploring and honoring the dance that wants to move through you…

…one steeped in self-love, joy and compassion. Enjoy the space to show up just as you are, participate however best serves you – in movement and rest, alone and together, sound and silence, honoring the perfect dance that wants to move through you. Be inspired by the incredible healing that can come amongst a tribe of women who show up with full presence and love to witness and honor you just as you are. Return back to your life and the start of your week feeling rejuvenated, inspired and deeply connected to yourself, others and the world around you.

Each woman will be guided into uncovering her own intuitive ways of moving her body using comfort, consciousness and ease as her guide. Then the group works in pairs or small groups to tap into the undeniable power of women’s connection and the ways we learn and grow through the dance of relationship. Each week provides a unique balance of internal nourishment and outer expression of community. The morning is filled with inspiring, heart-lifting music, spacious room for deep rest, joyful self-guided community dance, and group sharing and process. Come for time to connect with yourself and with other women, to nurture your body, heart and spirit.

Conscious movement and stillness can assist you in reducing stress, improving mood, decreasing anxiety and fatigue, and improving body image. This one-on-one time is personally tailored for you to nurture you and support your specific needs. Sessions may include soothing music, breathing and meditation exercises, guided visualization, body awareness experiences and supportive dialogue to help you access the wisdom of your body.

Women’s Movement &
Process Groups

Dive deep into exploring the language of the body in relationship to building physical, mental and emotional health in a safe and nurturing community of women.

Women’s Movement & Process Group is an intimate gathering usually limited to 6-8 women who meet regularly, either weekly or monthly for a set number of weeks. The group deepens together in safe space to explore mindfulness tools and embodied practices that can support each woman through whatever stage she is at in her life. We spend time in non-verbal space uncovering a language that often goes deeper than words through movement and stillness, as well as verbal process time for sharing, learning and growth.
