Yoga

This living meditation practice cultivates awareness, radiant fluidity and supple strength. A yoga practice creates a toned, flexible, and strong body. It Improves respiration, energy and vitality. It promotes cardio and circulatory health and relieves pain. Yoga encourages quieting of the mind, positive thinking and self-acceptance.
