Yoga
Yoga ignites our innate healing ability, body wisdom and alignment. Our instructors draw from several Hatha traditions including Iyengar, Ashtanga, and Vinyasa.  This living meditation practice cultivates awareness, radiant fluidity and supple strength.  A yoga practice creates a toned, flexible, and strong body. It Improves respiration, energy and vitality. It promotes cardio and circulatory health and relieves pain. Yoga encourages quieting of the mind, positive thinking and self-acceptance. It builds physical, emotional and spiritual self awareness encouraging us to live the concept of “oneness.” Receive a homecoming to body breath, vitality and relaxation. All levels welcome.
